Meditation Mondays, Ep. 7

In this episode I talk about metta meditation or loving kindness meditation. This is a semi-guided meditation where I prompt you to meditate using the phrases: May I/we be safe May I/we be happy May I/we be healthy May I/we live with ease in the world You can repeat these phrases over and over and then expand to include family, friends, pets, neighborhood, country, world and even the Universe. As we speak the words to ourselves, we try to picture the people sitting with us in the room, looking at us and receiving our blessings.
