This webinar will introduce the PDBe REST API, which can be used to fetch data of structures, proteins, ligands and complexes in the Protein Data Bank (PDB). In addition to getting information about individual PDB entries, we will highlight how this API can be used to fetch structural and functional annotations aggregated from multiple PDB entries. Speaker: Ibrahim Roshan Kunnakkattu, EMBL-EBI
