737-400 Freighter's Mysterious Rapid Descent

A K2 Airways Boeing 737-400 freighter disappeared over the Arabian Sea after departing the United Arab Emirates for Karachi, Pakistan. Flight tracking data appeared to show the aircraft descending extremely rapidly before it vanished from radar. Pakistan's search and rescue forces later located wreckage approximately 53 nautical miles south of Ormara.
