DID WEBBER WORK MIRACLES AT JAGUAR? Analysis of Mark Webber's 2003 and 2004 Seasons

There are several occasions during the 2003 and 2004 seasons when Mark Webber seemed to be working miracles in his Jaguar. Putting it second on the grid in 2004 and a few top five starts in 2003. But they never translated into good results. The 2003 car was too hard on its tyres and in 2004 Jaguar- well, Ford- had given up, and the car was a dog again. Eddie Irvine had got a podium in a Jaguar, but Webber, who had a season somewhat like Perez in 2012, didn't look like getting there at all. So- When people say Webber did some glorious things in a Jaguar, are the results somewhat skewed because his qualifying vastly outweighed the race results?
