Today we headed out for a Halloween fun run in the Philippines, and the boys quickly discovered this was not quite the candy-filled spooky event they had imagined. From last-minute costumes and face paint to goodie bags, race bibs, an unexpectedly hot run, loot bags, free ice cream, and a family trip to the mall for dinner and dessert, this turned into one of those ordinary travel days that somehow becomes a full family memory. Roman was ready to race, Milan was more interested in the treats, James ended up chasing the boys to the finish line, and Delsi wrapped the night with a gratitude moment before the next chapter of our adventure.
