Namsan Town in Sindang-dong, Seoul, well-known for its prime location surrounded by nature within the city and excellent transportation links, established a remodeling association last month. This comes eight years after it was selected as a pilot complex for the Seoul-style remodeling project in 2018. The project had been delayed because the Seoul Metropolitan Government, which owns the rental apartments accounting for 40% of the total households, had not consented to the remodeling. A solution was devised by dividing the land parcels for rental and for-sale apartments.
