By combining two former units and a corridor, the renovation creates an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space, while maintaining a private bedroom. Custom joinery defines the design, including a bespoke “music wall” with integrated speakers, a turntable, and book storage that doubles as a projection screen. A warm palette of dark wood, lime-washed walls, and grain wood tiles runs throughout, enhanced by striking details like a 5.5-metre suspended bookshelf. A continuous built-in element connects the living and dining areas, reducing clutter, while the compact kitchen reads as a refined furniture piece, anchored by a sculptural Patagonia granite countertop.
