Tu abogado es un robot | Alejandro Touriño | TEDxParquedelOeste
The AI software currently under development will allow access to all legislation and the analysis of all available case law. Access to a digitized legal world will change how the law is applied, forever altering the legal landscape and its social impact. How will legislation be enacted? What responsibility will robots and AI software have? Who will apply the law? Alejandro Touriño shares his perspective on how your next lawyer could be a robot. Alejandro Touriño is a lawyer, Managing Partner of ECIJA, and head of the firm's Information Technology practice. He is also an arbitrator for the World Intellectual Property Organization, resolving disputes related to domain names and trademarks.
