Gayatri is the daughter and disciple of legendary Krishnaveni Lakshmanan of kalakshetra.She is a national awardee and a senior dancer located at Chennai,India.She runs her dance school KRISHNADHWANI SCHOOL OF NATYA.gayatri is an A grade artist and is involved with many NGO and teaches for under privileged children.She stands out from other dancers in her disctint themes based on mythology and social issues. This is a special memory of Gayatri as her mother and paramaguru performs on the occasion of the 40th year of bharatanatya arangetram of Krishnaveni Lakshmanan which was celebrated along with Shanta Dhananjayan .Year of performance January 13th 2000.
