At Last We Have PLANNING PERMISSION! | EP018

Did I snag you with that hook and tease? It’s no lie though, we are selling up… but not our sweet hidden house: i’m talking about the house we live in now that was put on the market in the spring. It would seem that the powers that be have smiled on us and aligned the house sale with the planning consent. I’m referring to the Universe rather than Kerry Council but right now they’re Ine and the same! Knowing that we have planning permission to proceed confirms the choice to let go of our cottage in Cornwall where we've lived happily for the last eight years. For those of you who are curious (nosey) I give you a little house tour - well just a peek, not all the rooms, so you get an idea of where we're coming from and how our plans for the new build compare.. Living in an old cottage has been lovely - it has also given us perspective on what we would choose to factor in if we were planning from scratch. Noel has been busy with a number of jobs and since he's stuck in a caravan with no wifi I'll be compiling the videos he's uploading to the cloud. There may be some chronological anomalies but that's because i"m selecting by theme rather than timeline. As always we love to hear your thoughts, tips and comments. Even your critique lol.
