LEGISLATIVE DECREE No. 48 of June 10, 2020, Implementation of Directive (EU) 2018/844 of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 30, 2018, amending Directive 2010/31/EU on the energy performance of buildings and Directive 2012/27/EU on energy efficiency. This Decree is a relatively unnoticed addition to our legislation, but it will bring significant changes to the series of implementing decrees.
