WHY didn't i know this TRICK before? Now my family asks for this crispy puff pastry EVERY day!

Today I’m making a very simple sweet cherry and blueberry puff pastry. I had some berries to use up and wanted a quick dessert that didn't require making dough from scratch. Using store-bought puff pastry makes this take almost no effort. You basically just toss the fruit with some condensed milk and bake it. It comes out crispy, warm, and not too heavy. It works great as a dessert, but it's also really good the next morning with a cup of coffee.
