The fundamental value of food, the agri-food supply chain, and, above all, the value of people are at the center of a cultural revolution. This revolution must once again reflect on the role of artificial intelligence, which will overturn what we know today in five years, but also on milk quotas, European laws, housing, and the quality of the products that the cooperatives in the Treviso and Belluno areas are able to offer, including the fight against gangmastering and dignity at work.
