In this recipe we share how to make and how to can homemade Christmas jam! IT IS DELICIOUS! Christmas am is a strawberry and cranberry am, so it has a beautiful deep red color. It only takes 4 ingredients and less than 1 hour to make from start to finish. Go make this and enjoy it! :) Recipe: -2 cups pureed strawberries -2 cups pureed cranberries -3 tablespoons fruit pectin -3 cups sugar Directions- Rinse strawberries/cranberries and puree them in a food processor. Pour into a large pot and add in fruit pectin. Bring to a rolling boil and boil for 1 minute. Then add sugar and bring back to a boil and boil for 1 minute again. Then ladle into sterilized jars, add lids, add bands and waterbath for 10 minutes. Enjoy! #canning #jam #homemade #christmas #strawberries #cranberries
