In this video, I’m going to share a method that essentially allows you to tap into MORE of your muscle fibre when training. But I’m not talking about tapping into your fast twitch fibre. I’m not talking about accessing untapped strength. Instead, I’m talking about training your slow twitch muscle fibre AND your fast twitch. You do this, surprisingly, by training for higher rep ranges with lighter weights/bodyweight OR by using drop sets. And the reason this works, is that it means you’re training all of your slow twitch fibre until it gives out before you move on to recruiting the fast twitch muscle fibre. People get excited about this because it means they can train fast twitch muscle fibre and large motor units without heavy weight. But the benefits actually go much deeper than this - and once you understand that, you can leverage this concept to build impressive strength and size with minimum effort.
