Dump: In a 9x13 baking dish, combine the marinara sauce, water/broth, dry pasta, and pepperoni. Stir well to ensure the pasta is fully submerged. 2. Bake: Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 35 minutes. 3. Finish: Remove the foil, sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan, and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
