The Handl family from Allerheiligen in southern Styria produces Styria's most famous product on their farm: pumpkin seed oil. Approximately thirty to thirty-five pumpkins yield just one liter of oil. But what a fine taste – it's worth the effort! Simple lettuce, a few tomatoes, pureed soups – all this transforms the brownish-green precious oil into a true delicacy. "At the table in…" goes back to where European culinary art has its roots: to the regions of Europe where the fields, pastures, and fishing grounds produce authentically and savorily to this day.
