If you enjoy slow living, cozy homemaking, baking, and calm routines, I hope this video brings you comfort and inspiration 🌱 Mango Cheesecake in Blender recipe -100 grams sliced mango -100 grams cream cheese -50 grams yoghurt -1 egg (room temperature) -100 ml thick cream 40 grams sugar 15 grams cornstarch 1/2 tsp lemon juice Add everything in a blender and blend for 10-15 seconds Pour equally into 4 ramekins Place in hot bath and bake at 160 degrees Celcius In the video, I baked it for 45-50 minutes using the ramekins Baking time can vary a lot, depending on your oven and baking dish you use Enjoy! #slowliving #simpleliving #facelessvlog #calmvlog #peacefulvlog
