Authentic Goan Dodol Recipe | Easy Goan Wedding \ Christmas Sweet Recipe

Thank you for visiting my channel. Notes Grind raw red rice into fine powder. Store brought rice flour too can be added. Either use canned coconut milk or extract fresh coconut milk. Keep stirring continuously. Its a very tedious job. It took me more than an hour just stirring. The dodol is ready once it starts leaving the sides of the pot and doesn't stick to the spatula.
