Rothbard's "Power and the Market: Government and the Economy" was translated by Miguel Anxo Bastos and Edward Stringham as prologue writers, Mariano Bas Uribe as translator, and Eduardo Fernández Luiña as co-translator. The rector of this institution, Gabriel Calzada, states that the project took three years to develop and that the content is essential for students of Political Science, Economics, and Social Sciences, as well as those of general interest. The book was introduced by Miguel Anxo Bastos, who shared his experience of learning about the author's work. He believes he was a heterodox anarchist, classical liberal, and founder of anarcho-capitalism: a political philosophy that promotes anarchy, understood as the elimination of the state and the protection of individual sovereignty through private property and the free market. He also mentions that the book is part of the context of his work, but its content merited a separate edition because it integrates politics, economics, political philosophy, moral philosophy, and elements of sociology. Finally, he explains Rothbard's approach to the topic of equality.
