The Chaos Cubed update is finally here! In this video I break down EVERYTHING new in Minecraft Bedrock 26.30 (Chaos Cubed): the brand-new Sulfur Cube mob, the Sulfur Caves biome, geysers, new building blocks like Cinnabar and Sulfur Spikes, and even a new music disc. [What's new in this update] A full rundown of everything shown in Chaos Cubed (Bedrock 26.30). ■ New biome: Sulfur Caves Yellow Sulfur blocks and red Cinnabar blocks fill the cave, with Sulfur Springs forming on the water. You can spot it from the surface, where Sulfur blocks are exposed. ■ New mob: Sulfur Cube A passive mob that spawns in the Sulfur Caves and won't attack you. Scoop it up with a bucket and place it anywhere you like. Kill it and it splits into a smaller cube (just like a slime or magma cube), so you can multiply it endlessly. Slime balls work as a growth item that quickly grows the small ones. Feed it a block and it takes on that block's look, and the way it reacts when you hit it changes by block type (oak log = bouncy / ice = slides like curling / iron block = barely moves / wool = floaty / soul sand = big knockback / honeycomb block = sticky / TNT = ignites and explodes, and more). How hard you hit it (fist vs. axe) and where you hit it change the launch direction and distance. It can't eat slime blocks, honey blocks, functional blocks (furnace, crafting table, anvil), or bedrock. ■ New blocks Sulfur Spikes - stackable and great for builds. Break them with a trident and they fall and deal damage, so be careful. Cinnabar & Sulfur - can be cut into stairs, slabs, walls, chiseled, polished and brick variants at the stonecutter. Potent Sulfur - placed under a water source it makes the bubbling "Sulfur Spring" (step in and you get Nausea). ■ Geysers Place Potent Sulfur on magma (or lava) with a water column on top to build a geyser. The water height (1-4 blocks) changes the geyser's height and how often it erupts (magma = random bursts, lava = continuous).
