Good grief! Getting dizzy again and forgetting my camera for Stewart parkrun!

It's not difficult is it, you create POV Youtube videos of parkruns. What's the one thing you need for that, well, not technically the only thing, but something you paid quite a lot of money to increase your viewers experience? It's your point of view camera that fits above your eyes, specifically for POV shots, without being too intrusive for other athletes. I packed the case I have for it, but come time to put it on my head was it there? No! It was sitting quite happily on a table at home where I left it after I removed the shots from last weeks run. We make the best of what we can though, so here's a VLOG of the event and a bit after so you can see what the park is like. Spoiler - it's a lovely park! I also have another light headed/dizzy spell at the end.
