SPICY MANGO CHICKEN WITH HONEY/SWEET N HOT MANGO CHICKEN

Ingredients: TO FRY CHICKEN 1 kg chicken,boneless,cubed 1 tsp chilli powder salt to taste 1/4 tsp black pepper 2 tbsp tapioca or 2 tsp corn flour and 2 tbsp all purpose flour (or just simply use 2 tbsp corn flour if you prefer ) 1 tsp lemon juice FOR MANGO PASTE 1 mango,ripe 2 green chillies 2-3 garlic cloves FOR GRAVY 1/2 CUP HONEY 3-5 RED DRY CHILLIES 1/2 GREEN CAPSICUM,DICED 1/2 TSP CHILLI POWDER SALT TO TASTE 2 TSP CHILLI SAUCE FOR GARNISH 1 SPRING ONION 1 TSP WHITE SESAME SEEDS Method: In a large bowl mix chicken with all above ingredients to fry chicken. Heat oil in a skillet to deep fry chicken. Once chicken is golden brown remove and set aside in kitchen paper towel to drain excess oil. Make a mango paste with above mentioned ingredients and set aside In a large skillet add honey and stir for 3-5 minutes on medium-low heat . Add mango paste to the honey and stir well for 3-5 minutes until the mixture turns little dark and thick. Add chilli powder,salt to taste mix well.Add hot sauce or chilli sauce and combine well for 30 seconds. Add ry red chillies and capsicum mix well.Cook for 4-5 minutes until capsicum gets crisp.But not over cooked. Add the fried chicken into the mango mixture and combine.Cook for 3 minutes on low heat. or until the sauce is well coated with chicken. Garnish with spring onions and white sesame seeds.
