Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. 2. Add mustard seeds and allow them to crackle. 3. Add the curry leaves followed by the onions and sauté till they turn translucent. 4. Then add the grated garlic and ginger & cook till fragrant. 5. Add the whole red chillies and slightly sauté them. 6. Now add the pieces chicken on high flame. Cook till golden brown. 7. Season with salt and the dry masalas and give it a quick toss . 8. Then add the chopped mangoes along with its seeds and mix well with the chicken and the masala. 9. Once the chicken is cooked through and the mangoes soft but not totally pulpy, add the coconut milk. 10. Cook uncovered for 3-4 minutes. Do not let it boil as it will affect the texture of the coconut milk and will also overcook the chicken. 10. Squeeze in a dash of lime juice and remove in a serving dish. 11. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot along with bhakri, rice or plain parathas.
