Temperatures reached -6 degrees Celsius and snowfall in the higher elevations, forcing road closures. Orgoroso recommended caution on roads and streams due to potential freezing conditions, advised against turning off vehicles if they become stranded, and stressed the importance of using heating systems to prevent fires or carbon monoxide poisoning.
