第二神明北線【垂水JCT↔永井谷JCT】「第二神明」に「北線」なんてあったの！？【E94第二神明北線・R2神戸西BP・神戸市（垂水区・西区）】

The "Daini-Shinmei Expressway" is a notoriously congested bypass of National Route 2, but did you know that there's a completely separate route called the "North Line"? If you live near Kobe and have ever used the expressway to go to the large supermarket "Costco," you've probably traveled on this route at least once. However, it's completely separate from the "Daini-Shinmei Expressway," and many people probably think of it as a road attached to either the "Hanshin Expressway Route 5 Wangan Line" or the "Hanshin Expressway Route 7 Kita-Kobe Line." This "Daini-Shinmei Expressway North Line" is currently only 12.5 km open. From the Osaka direction, it connects to the "Hanshin Expressway Route 5 Wangan Line" at "Tarumi JCT," and from the Himeji direction, it connects to the "Hanshin Expressway Route 7 Kita-Kobe Line" at "Nagaitani JCT." Furthermore, the "Second Shinmei Expressway North Line" is a section of the "Kobe West Bypass" known as the "dedicated section," and there's also a road called the "general section" of the "Kobe West Bypass" that serves as a side road. It's all a bit confusing, isn't it...? Currently, only parts of both the "dedicated section" and the "general section" are open, making it a bit inconvenient to use. However, once completed, it should function as a complete bypass running parallel to the "Second Shinmei Expressway." The "Second Shinmei Expressway North Line" is difficult to locate, but we've provided a complete explanation in this video, including how to get there and what kind of road it is.
