Di Bali ada banyak bahan makanan yang bisa dijadikan lawar, salah satunya adalah klungah atau buah kelapa yang masih sangat muda dan belum memiliki daging kelapa. Dalam membuat lawar ini, bagian klungah yang digunakan adalah bagian batok atau tempurung kelapa yang masih lunak. Bahan utama : 6 buah kelapa super muda (klungah) 100 gr daging babi (kurang lebih) 100 gr kulit babi (kurang lebih) 1/4-1/2 kelapa tua, dibakar 5 lembar daun jeruk garam secukupnya Bahan sambel embe/bawang goreng : 25 siung bawang merah 30 siung bawang putih 15 buah cabe rawit (sesuai selera) Minyak secukupnya Terasi secukupnya (terasi goreng) Bahan bumbu sune cekuh: 25 siung bawang putih 7 ruas kencur ukuran jari kelingking 8 butir kemiri 1 ruas kunyit ketumbar dan base wangen secukupnya 3 buah cabe rawit minyak kelapa secukupnya Bahan bumbu kalas babi : 1/4 kg daging babi 3-4 sdm bumbu sune cekuh yang dibuat sebelumnya garam, merica secukupnya air kurang lebih 2-3 gelas belimbing ________________________ In Bali, there are many food ingredients that can be used as lawar, one of which is klungah or coconut fruit which is still very young and does not have coconut meat.
