thin shiny shells, deep cracks, crispy edges & a chewy fudgy brownie-like center with rich dark chocolate flavor. subscribe to my channel for more of these foolproof recipes. ingredients (4 cookies): 1. 100g dark chocolate 2. 30g unsalted butter 3. 1 egg 4. 65g sugar 5. 1g salt 6. 44g allpurpose flour 7. 6g cornstarch (instead of allpurpose flour & cornstarch, 50g cake flour can be used) 8. 5g cocoa powder 9. 1g baking soda method: 1. add dark chocolate & butter into a heatproof bowl.place over simmering water & melt until smooth & glossy. 2. in another bowl add egg, sugar & salt. whisk with mixer until pale, fluffy & thick. this step creates the shiny cracked tops. 3. pour melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture. mix gently by hand until combined. 4. mix flour & cornstarch together ,sieve this flour mixture 2–3 times to create cake flour texture before pouring into batter, add cocoa powder & baking soda. 5. fold gently until just combined. 6. refrigerate batter for 10-15 mins until slightly firm but yet not firm as simple cookie dough. In my case due to room temperature I got the favourable consistency without refregirator by resting them on counter for 10 minutes. 7. divide into 4 large scoops & place on baking tray. leave enough space between each. 8. use cookie rings if available 9. bake at 180°c for 10–12 mins. remove when edges are set but let cool on tray for at least 15 mins. they will finish setting while staying chewy. 8 cookies batch ingredients: 180g dark chocolate 55g unsalted butter 2 eggs 120g sugar 2g salt 85g flour (or 100g cake flour without additional cornstarch) 12g cornstarch 8g cocoa powder 1.5g baking soda Follow same method. #chocolatecookies #crinklecookies #browniecookies #fudgycookies #chewycookies #easycookies #bakingrecipe #dessertrecipe #chocolatedessert
