Season the beef breast and cook it on a griddle (or in a pan) for 10 minutes. 2. After cooking, place the meat in a 170°C (340°F) oven for two minutes. 3. Cook the onion in butter and deglaze with white wine. 4. Add cream and paprika to the mixture while stirring. 5. Blend everything together. 6. Cook the vegetables and then glaze them with white wine and butter. 7. Pour a little Vin Jaune (yellow wine) into the sauce before serving. 8. Enjoy!
