Wild Horses, Deer & One Painful Surprise | LYNX S Ride

There are some rides you remember because they push your limits… and then there are rides you remember because a yellow jacket decides you’re part of the adventure. This Friday getaway took us out to Longleaf Preserve aboard the LeaperKim LYNX S, and despite one very painful surprise, it turned into one of those days that reminds me why I love riding electric unicycles so much. The sting definitely got my attention (those little guys don’t mess around), but it couldn’t take away from everything else the day had to offer. We were lucky enough to spot wild horses, watch deer moving through the preserve, and enjoy one of those rare Florida afternoons where the rain rolls through just in time to knock the edge off the heat. The cooler air, the quiet trails, and great company made for an unforgettable ride. Sometimes the best rides aren’t about speed or distance. They’re about getting away for a while, appreciating what’s around you, and sharing those moments with good people.
