Meat Pie Vulling Recept Ingrediënten: • 500 gram slagersgehakt 🥩 • 1 winterpeen (ongeveer 150 gram) 🥕 • 1 grote aardappel (ongeveer 200 gram) 🥔 • 1/2 middelgrote ui (ongeveer 75 gram) • 2 eetlepels olijfolie • Kruidenmix (gebruik een beetje van elk): • 1 theelepel knoflookpoeder • 1/2 theelepel gemberpoeder • 1 theelepel gedroogde tijm • 1 blokje bouillon (seasoning cube) • 1 theelepel gerookt paprikapoeder • 1 theelepel all-purpose seasoning Let op: wees voorzichtig met zout – je vulling moet smaakvol zijn, maar niet te zout! 🇬🇧 English Version Meat Pie Filling Recipe Ingredients: • 500g ground beef (1.1 lb) 🥩 • 1 large carrot, grated (approx. 150g / 1 cup) 🥕 • 1 large potato, grated (approx. 200g / 1 1/3 cups) 🥔 • 1/2 medium onion, chopped (approx. 75g / 1/2 cup) • 2 tablespoons olive oil • Seasoning mix – use a little of each: • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1/2 tsp ground ginger • 1 tsp dried thyme • 1 seasoning cube (bouillon) • 1 tsp smoked paprika • 1 tsp all-purpose seasoning Be careful not to over-salt your filling – it should be flavorful, not salty. Instructions: 1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent. 2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. 3. Stir in all the seasonings. 4.
