Eshel: Terebinth | Preaching the Trees | WSW

We continue *Eshel: Preaching the Trees*. To read Scripture with your eye on the trees is to notice that people are formed by what they sit under. Throughout the Old Testament, trees become places of covenant, collapse, calling, consolation, and hope. In this sermon, we gather beneath the terebinth tree from 1 Samuel 17.1–2, 19, where memory, conflict, and unfinished conversations linger in the landscape. Some things are resolved. Others remain with us. What do we do with the stories, wounds, and words that continue to shape us long after they were spoken? Learn more about Wood Street: https://woodstreetworship.org
