I Hiked all Night • No Tent • No Tarp • No Sleep

Hello all, I hope you're all well. This week I ended up doing a rather spontaneous 25 mile night hike in the Black Mountains. I started walking an hour before sunset and finished walking after the sun reappeared the next morning. Before I set off, I was wondering if it would even be possible to film a video in the dark, but the Black Mountains are full of surprises and I'm quite pleased with the footage I captured. The highlight of the walk was the 'Church of St Issui', a beautiful church that dates back to 1060AD—they'd left it unlocked as well. By the time the sun came up, I was so exhausted I crawled into my bivvy bag and crashed out in some woods, just so I could get enough sleep for the drive home.
