The dough should be soft, slightly damp, slightly sticky to your hands. Then "lazy pierogi" will be airy and soft. Wet your hands with water so that the dough does not stick to your hands. Roll the dough on the table into a thin "sausage" 2.5-3 cm thick. Sprinkle the table with flour so that the dough does not stick to the table. Cut the dough into small pieces about 2 cm. Boil in lightly salted water. As soon as the pierogi float to the surface, immediately take them out, put them in a bowl and pour butter.
