Chopped steak that you can easily make by cutting it into cubes! Merry Christmas!! ============= Chopped steak [Ingredients] Chopped steak (basic ver.) 300 g tenderloin 1/2 (175 g) onion 1 (140 g) bell pepper 1/2 (70 g) green bell pepper 3 (60 g) button mushroom 1/4 cup (40 g) cooking oil Some (approx. 30 g) carrot 1/4 (20 g) stick butter 3 cloves (15 g) garlic 1 tbsp (10 g) flour Some flavored salt Some black pepper Some parsley Sauce 1/2 cup (90 ml) water 3 tbsp (60 g) ketchup 1 and 1/2 tbsp (18 g) brown sugar 2 tbsp (12 g) Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp (8 g) vinegar Some black pepper --------------------------------------- Chopped steak (steak sauce ver.) 300 g tenderloin 1/2 (175 g) onion 1 (140 g) bell pepper 1/2 (70 g) green bell pepper 3 (60 g) button mushroom 1/4 cup (40 g) cooking oil Some (approx. 30 g) carrot 1/4 (20 g) stick butter 3 cloves (15 g) garlic 1 tbsp (10 g) flour Some flavored salt Some black pepper Some parsley Sauce 1/2 cup (90 ml) water 3 tbsp (60 g) ketchup 1 and 1/2 tbsp (18 g) brown sugar 2 tbsp (12 g) Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp (12 g) steak sauce 1 tbsp (8 g) vinegar Some black pepper [Directions] 1. Cut the tenderloin into large cubes. 2. Put the tenderloin in a bowl and sprinkle flavored salt and black pepper for basic seasoning. 3. For all bell peppers, cut up to the point of about 1 cm from the tip and remove it. Take the stem out and cut it smaller than or similar to the tenderloin size. 4. Halve the garlic cloves. 5. Chop the button mushrooms in quarters. 6. Cut the onions and carrots in cubes similar to the size of the tenderloin. 7. Sprinkle the flour on the seasoned tenderloin and mix it with hands to coat the meat thinly and evenly with flour. 8. Place a large frying pan over high heat and pour in cooking oil to heat it up. 9. Add the tenderloin in the heated cooking oil and flip them with tongs to evenly cook. 10. Add butter to the pan and flip for the meat to get evenly cooked until golden. 11. When one side of the meat turns golden, add in the garlic and continue cooking. 12. Toss onions and carrots in and stir with the spatula to evenly cook. 13. Push the meat, onions, and carrots to one side of the pan. Add brown, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and vinegar in and turn the heat up. Evenly stir with a spatula to make the sauce. 14. Pour water into the pan and evenly mix the meat, vegetables, and the sauce and stir-fry. 15. When the sauce gets a little thick, add the bell pepper, green bell pepper, and button mushrooms and evenly mix to stir-fry. Steak sauce added version 16. When the sauce's thickness is achieved, add in the steak sauce and black pepper. Stir-fry for a short while and turn the heat off. Steak sauce free version 16.
