Join me for this 25 minute Upper Body Barre Strength workout! This Barre Arms workout will fire up your entire upper body. With emphasis on your biceps, triceps, shoulders, upper back and core, we leave no stone unturned in this complete upper body workout! You need a light set of weights and a light to medium resistance band (I recommend to stay on the lighter side). Come warm (with my 10 minute barre warm up linked below) and stay for the mobility at the end! Then, don't forget to SUBSCRIBE so you see my new workouts when they drop every Thursday! My workouts are challenging and intended for progressively increasing strength by bringing muscles to near failure.
