In this meditation lecture, we explore three profound teachings from the Yoga Sutras and the yogic tradition: Īśvara Praṇidhāna (trust and surrender), Aparigraha (non-attachment), and Prāṇa (the life force flowing through every breath). Through the imagery of the night sky, this session gently reminds us that life is always unfolding, even when we cannot see the whole path. Rather than resisting uncertainty, we are invited to meet it with presence, openness, and trust. This meditation is ideal for: overthinking and mental restlessness stress and anxiety relief letting go of control mindfulness and meditation practice cultivating inner peace reconnecting with your breath spiritual reflection and yogic philosophy relaxation and evening meditation Take a slow breath.
