I walk through how I’ve been using a Hobonichi Weeks as a health and wellness planner. I’m a survivor of workplace bullying and live with C-PTSD and insomnia. My health and wellness planner has been a valued partner to me in the long, winding journey of recovery and healing. In this video, I outline how my planner has evolved so far since the start of the year, and how I have made micro-adjustments, as needed, to navigate fluctuating struggles with sleep maintenance insomnia and flashbacks.
