Hi, friends! I've been using my health and fitness tracker #hobonichiweeks consistently for a year, and it's time to do a full flip-through! As someone who previously struggled to maintain trackers in my planners, I'm thrilled with how regularly I've used this one. I use this book to reflect on my well-being and track my health patterns, which helps me better advocate for myself when working with doctors and health professionals. In this video, I'll show you how my weekly trackers evolved throughout the year and share my ideas for next year, including a year-at-a-glance data dashboard that will help me maintain a high-level overview of my chronic health issues.
