Thames Path pt 4. Newbridge to Wallingford

This is my three day trek along the Thames path wild camping along the trail. I am increasingly impressed with the variety of the river life that seems to mature as the river flows. I met some very friendly and interesting people along the way who had made the river their home. People who had chosen another way of life embracing the gentle peace of the river, and people who had discovered the pleasures in many forms that the Thames has to offer. There are some charming small towns and an ever changing bankscape , although it is still pretty flat and I must admit at times the path was a little tedious. Overall though it was a great three days and I hope I have managed to capture the essence of the Thames along this stretch of my journey.
