Here is another full length yoga wheel class! Deepen your backbends and strengthen your inversions. This time I used my 12” firmer yoga wheel because I think that is what most of you have. My previous class is geared towards a 15” padded wheel. We go through some more advanced postures so listen to your body and do what works for you! ❤️Can’t wait to hear from you.
