This Crusty Farmhouse loaf is a simple, everyday bread with a delightfully crunchy crust and soft interior. Made with a mix of bread flour and all-purpose/plain flour, it’s perfect for sandwiches or as a side to your favorite meals. The dough is mixed and kneaded in a stand mixer, then baked in a HYSapientia air fryer for a quick and easy homemade bread experience. Taking cooking food back to basics.#bread #breadrecipe Ingredients 1 cup bread flour (120g / 4.2 oz) 2 cups all-purpose (plain) flour (240g / 8.5 oz) 1 1/4 teaspoons salt (7.5g / 0.26 oz) 1 teaspoon sugar (4g / 0.14 oz) 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast (7g / 0.25 oz) 1 cup warm water (240ml / 8 fl oz, 110°F / 45°C) 1 tablespoon olive oil (15ml / 0.5 fl oz) Instructions Preheat your HYSapientia air fryer to 140°C (280°F). Mix and knead the dough using a stand mixer until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a loaf tin (9 x 4 x 3 inches). Air fry at 140°C (280°F) for 25-35 minutes. Apply an egg or milk wash and cook for an additional 8 minutes. Remove the loaf from the tin and place it on the tray.
