By the way, many often experience improved digestion and the feeling of heaviness disappears, since the stomach takes the correct position. Third. Do exercises to hold the body, for example, the plank, but it is better to do a dynamic plank, so there are fewer options to bend in the lower back and load the lower back. But the transverse abdominal muscle works just fine in such exercises. Fourth. Stop eating large portions! Reduce your food intake. The volume of the stomach is the volume of your fist. Stop constantly overstretching it, which is why you are constantly haunted by a feeling of hunger. Well, and fifth. Do this simple complex 2-3 times a week and even after the first time you will see the result in reducing the abdomen. Of course, this is not a magic pill and it is impossible to remove the belly in one go, but the internal organs will return to their place and the belly will visually decrease.
