Control Explained - The Creation of Altered Items

Hello everyone. Welcome back to the Control Explained segment of Gaming University. Altered Items and Objects of Power are arguably the canvas of in which the Control story is painted on. However, many mysteries exist about the nature of these Cursed Artifacts. While the no explicit evidence is given in the game, there are a few clues we can piece together than gives us a rough idea of what is involved in The Creation of Altered Items.
