Traditional Knowledge of Songs - Brezovica, Sharr mountain

A short movie filmed by participants in the Traditional Knowledge workshop within Youth for Sharr gathering in Brezovica ski resort, August 2018. The movie shows the results of 2 days' field research of the young people from the Balkans who dived in the culture and traditions of Sharr mountain in Štrpce/Shtërpcë municipality, Kosovo. The focus of this movie is the music of the mountain, and the musicians and singers filmed are Stanoje Nikolic, Mile Redzic and Slavica Redzic. The other part of the group developed a movie depicting the traditional medicine and usage of medicinal plants and herbs from the mountain.
