Sejarah kota Blora . Secara etimologi Blora berasal dari 2 kata yaitu Wai yang artinya air dan Lorah yang artinya jurang atau tanah rendah . Jika di gabungkan menjadi Wailorah berarti tanah rendah yang berlumpur. Akan tetapi di dalam perkembangannya , masyarakat Jawa untuk mempermudah pengucapannya wailorah berubah jadi Bailorah yg akhirnya menjadi Blora sampai sekarang ini. Dan menurut cerita rakyat yg beredar di masyarakat Blora berasal dari kata Belor yg artinya lumpur.. untuk lebih lengkapnya silahkan tonton video ini sampai selesai..
