3 reasons to slide your 5th wheel.
Just a simple explanation of why to slide the 5th wheel. 1. being weight distribution, sliding the fifth wheel forward will put some of the trailer weight on the steer tires and off the drives. 2. being the reach of hoses, lines, cables, pigtails. also for the flat bed guys and gals, being able to hang a load slightly over the front of the trailer. 3 being comfort, some trucks ride better with the 5th wheel centered between the drive tires others may like it a little more forward or backward. All this comes with time and getting to know your truck. Don't forget to like, subscribe, and share! Thanks for watching!
