Breakfast : Apple Cider Oatmeal 1 cup oats 1/2 cup apple cider 1/2 soymilk 1 tbsp flax seeds ground 2 tbsp PB2 Pure honey crisp apple diced cinnamon to taste handful of blueberries a few walnuts Snack : Golden Kiwi and decaf English Breakfast tea Lunch : Harvest Salad Bowl Romaine/cabbage/carrot/cucumber mix maple herb roasted honey nut squash air fried tofu white quinoa vegan “goat cheese” honey crisp apple diced pickled red cabbage CAVA lemon herb tahini dressing Snack : Peanut Butter Choc Chip Larabar Dinner : Creamy Lemon Garlic Pasta 1 yellow onion diced 2 cloves of garlic 4 oz kitehill cream cheese 1 tbsp miso pasta 2 tbsp nutritional yeast about 3/4 cup soymilk 1/4 tsp black pepper salt to taste red pepper flakes to taste 1 pack of chickpea protein pasta 1 can of cannellini beans 1 head of broccoli a few handfuls of baby spinach vegetable broth juice of 1/2 a lemon Beverage : Crisp Apple Olipop Thanks for watching!!
