But the taste makes it worth the wait. Of all the dishes, complex and otherwise, I've cooked in my life, this is the one that has given me the most satisfaction! Ramen! ► Ingredients for the Ramen recipe: 6 Beef Bones 600g Pork Loin 1 Leek 5 Slices of Ginger 10g Kombu Seaweed 1 Head of Garlic 2 Osso Buco 4 Green Onions For the Sauce: 1 Clove of Garlic 4 Slices of Ginger 280g Light Soy Sauce 110g Sake 110g Mirin For the Marinated Eggs 4 Eggs 2 Cloves of Garlic 50g Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar 1 Tbsp Chinese Wine 4cm Grated Ginger 200ml Water Udon Noodles to taste There's always something brewing at Casa Pappagallo!
