Ingredients: • 3 eggs • 30 g green onions, chopped • 150 g carrots, diced • 400 g cold cooked rice Instructions: 1. Heat a little cooking oil in a pan. 2. Add the diced carrots and stir-fry until they're about halfway cooked. 3. Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble them together with the carrots. 4. Add the cold cooked rice and stir-fry until the rice is broken up and the grains are separated. 5. Season with: o ¼ tsp ground black pepper o 2 tbsp soy sauce o ⅛ tsp turmeric powder 6.
